Good deal on first order

I was looking for a new face wash and saw they had a first-order discount. I got the Neem Purifying Face Wash. The discount made it a good value. Shipping was fine. I would buy again, especially with another offer.

Good product, careful packaging

I ordered the Sandalwood Saffron Face Mask and a Kansa Wand. The ordering process on the site was straightforward. Delivery took about 6 days to reach me in California, which felt reasonable. Everything was packed securely, no leaks or damage. The face mask had a nice scent and felt good on my skin. The Kansa Wand seemed well-made. I did have a question about how often to use the wand, and customer support got back to me within a day with clear instructions. Overall, a solid experience.

Decent value, quick shipping

I bought the Marula Oil and was pretty happy with it. The oil itself feels really nice and absorbs well. Shipping was surprisingly fast, it arrived in 4 days. My only small issue was that the bottle cap felt a little flimsy, it twisted off easily but didn't feel super secure. Other than that, the product and the overall experience were good, and the price was competitive with other natural oils I've tried.

Does anyone know if the student discount applies to everything, like even the tools or the bundles?

D Dana 4 weeks ago
I used mine on a kit, so I think it does apply to most things. It's usually a percentage off your total.

Afaik, student discounts usually work sitewide unless it's explicitly excluded. My friend used hers on a Gua Sha tool.

How are Skinyoga products compared to Forest Essentials? I usually buy from them but looking for alternatives.

J June 1 month ago
Skinyoga feels a bit more natural and less 'perfumey' than Forest Essentials, if that makes sense. Both are good though.

I've used both! Skinyoga's focus is really on the Ayurvedic principles and natural ingredients. I find their formulations a bit more concentrated and effective for my skin issues compared to FE, which can feel a bit more luxurious but less targeted.

Can you use more than one discount code? I have a first-time buyer one but also saw a bundle deal I liked.

E Elena Brooks 2 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. You usually can't stack them.

I tried to combine my newsletter sign-up code with a seasonal sale last month and it wouldn't let me. Pick the best one!

Hey everyone, thinking about getting the Marula Oil but I'm in San Diego. How long does shipping usually take to California?

G Greg Nguyen 4 weeks ago
Mine got to LA in about 5-6 business days. Not super fast but not bad.

Yeah I'd say a week, maybe a bit more if there are holidays. I've ordered a few times to NorCal and it's always been pretty consistent.

What's the return policy on their tools? Like if a Kansa Wand arrived damaged or I just didn't like it.

R Raj A. 1 month ago
For damaged stuff, they'd definitely replace it. If you just don't like it, I think it has to be unused to return tools, but check their site to be sure.

Yeah, if it's damaged in shipping, they'll sort you out. For a return because you changed your mind, I'm pretty sure tools need to be in their original, unopened packaging. Most brands are like that.

I'm torn between the Kansa Wand and the Jade Roller. Any recommendations for just general facial massage and depuffing?

D Dana 1 month ago
The Kansa wand is amazing for lymphatic drainage and has more of a warming effect. Jade roller is great for cooling and depuffing. Depends on what you're after.

I have both! If you're new to it, the Jade Roller might be a bit easier to start with. The Kansa wand has a specific technique but feels really nice once you get the hang of it. Kansa is also supposed to help balance your skin's pH.

Is Skinyoga legit? I keep seeing ads but I'm always wary of new skincare brands online.

S Sophie Foster 3 weeks ago
Totally legit. They've won awards and their stuff is actually really good. My skin has never been better since using their sandalwood mask.

N Nick 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I was skeptical too at first, but their ingredients are all natural and they're pretty transparent about their process. I've been happy with everything I've tried.
